Student Ministries
For students in grades 7–12
The Way is First Presbyterian Church’s ministry for students in grades 7 to 12. It is a place where teens can follow Jesus, ask honest questions, and find a community that cares about them.
We know life is loud for students. That is why we create a safe, welcoming environment where friendships grow, faith gets stronger, and students learn what it means to walk with Christ in their everyday life.
Everyone is welcome to come, belong, and take their next step toward Jesus.
Sundays from 6:30 to 8 PM – September 7 to May 17 each year
Gatherings include:
- Worship
- Bible teaching
- Small groups
- Activities and games
- Opportunities to build real friendships
Students and parents can stay connected throughout the week through our Band App group. Band is a communication app designed for teams and groups. It allows parents and students to receive updates, event details, reminders, and weekly communication from our youth leaders. It is not related to music. It is simply the best place to stay informed and plugged in.

Our space has been intentionally prepared for students. From games to teaching areas to hangout zones, everything was created to help teens build trust, hear the Gospel, and grow spiritually. We believe strong relationships open doors for deep discipleship. Every part of our ministry space supports that goal.

There is no cost for regular gatherings. Some events, retreats, or trips may have optional costs.

Students do not need to register for weekly gatherings. Special events may require a signup.
